Prices shown are starting fees. Logistics and scope of work will affect your final pricing, and a consultation call makes sure every detail is captured for a proper proposal. Extra events, a second wedding location and larger guest counts are priced separately below.

  • Event design and concept developmentFull wedding design theme and concept development, ensuring a cohesive look and feel from beginning to end. This includes, but is not limited to, invitations, floral design, décor, menus, programs, lighting, favors, table design, linens, specialty rentals and save-the-dates. Design planning typically begins 6 to 8 months before the wedding, depending on the completion of other planning elements.
  • Wedding website supportAssistance with wedding website design and setup (custom or platforms such as The Knot, Minted, etc.).
  • Vendor research and selection for design-related vendorsVendor research and selection are included exclusively for design-related vendors. You receive professional recommendations and guidance for standard wedding day vendors; however, sourcing, outreach and selection of those vendors remain your responsibility unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
  • Event layout creation
  • A detailed wedding day timeline and a complimentary bridal party itinerary (the final timeline is sent to all vendors one week before the wedding)
  • Review of vendor contracts
